Thermal recovery on the cooling loop of a furnace

Delivery of a skid of thermal recovery from an incinerator.

Supplied ready to use, on a skid, this unit enables to recover thermal energy and, at the same time, to concentrate an effluent before destruction.

Indeed, with an evaporation capacity of 1 t/hr, this facility enables to concentrate the effluent before destruction in order to remove much of the water present in the product.

Working autonomously, this unit performs all its evaporation through the incinerator flue gas cooling water.

Double interest, therefore : reduction of the volume to be incinerated while recovering the energy ! Thus, more than 5,000 MW saved per year !
