These data are those entered by the user when he/she fills in and submits the above-mentioned contact form, indicating his/her consent to the processing of these data for the following purposes: these data are only used by France Evaporation staff to respond to contact requests submitted via this form, via the e-mail address entered by the user.

The newsletter registration form (located at the bottom of all pages on the https://www.evaporation.fr/ website) only collects the user’s e-mail address when they enter it in the form.

This data is only collected when the user voluntarily subscribes to the France Evaporation newsletter, indicating their consent to the transmission and processing of this data in order to receive the France Evaporation newsletter by e-mail containing the latest news from the company. In general, France Evaporation does not send out more than one newsletter per year, but does not limit itself to this number in the future.

The data controller will keep all the data collected on its computer systems under reasonable security conditions for a period of 3 years.

B. Transmission of data to third parties

Data relating to newsletter subscriptions is sent to MailChimp, an emailing solution, which implements all technical and organisational means to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
The data processed by MailChimp as part of the newsletter is processed in the United States, in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. Teams from STAMINIC (SIREN 440 280 956) domiciled at 199 Rue Colbert in Lille (59000) may have occasional access to data within the strict framework of their mission to maintain the website and design and send out the France Evaporation newsletter.

C. Data hosting 

The https://www.evaporation.fr/ website is hosted by OVH, a leading web hosting company based at 2 rue Kellermann, Roubaix, 59100. OVH can be contacted by telephone on 09 72 10 10 07.
The data collected and processed by the site is hosted and processed in France.

ARTICLE 4: DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

A. Data controller and data protection officer
